A message dated June 28, 2004, was received June 29 stating the                                     
Governor is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies of the                                   
following resolution to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent                              
filing:                                                                                             
                                                                                                    
      HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 29 am                                                         
      Relating to support for therapeutic courts for repeat driving while                           
      under the influence offenders.
